Restaurant R'evolution

Its funny how the coolest things in life sometimes just happen with no warning. I was lucky enough to recently photograph one of the most exquisite restaurant interiors in the French Quarter at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. Restaurant R'evolution from Chef's John Flose and Rick Tramonto opened on June 4th after much anticipation, especially for us foodies here in town! Let me just say it was a wonderful experience to taste the food of such established and recognized chef's and witness the restaurant's ambiance during one of the pre-opening dinners I was able to attend. It seems to me in the design of this amazing space, there was no detail left out and around each corner yet another original setting, I had the feeling of just wanting to sit and look around me, taking it all in. As a feature of some French Quarter restaurants, the inner most seating area has a panel of table side courtyard doors to open that will be an exciting option, when weather permits. Avery in Storyland...

Such a perfect setting for a little princess! Sweet Avery is getting so big, this is her third sitting for the "Baby Club" package and now that she is walking we got some great action shots. It really was a beautiful day in City Park at Storyland and then we wanted to go explore by the water a bit. She was having a great time discovering and just being a toddler! Thank you to Katie and David for helping get those big smiles :) Can't wait to see one of these prints on your wall!
