As the fall season arrives it seems that mommies are welcoming new little bundles of joy all over the place! I have always felt this season is very busy with newborn sessions, in my family we have tons of fall birthdays, and this year is no different. For the first entry this week I am starting out with some adorable photos of baby Desmond Garcia Foster, who is very close to my heart. My good friend Maureen and husband Michael have been anxiously waiting to add this little one to the family and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I only wish they lived closer so I could come over and spoil the heck out of him more often, he is a perfectly adorable little guy! To have the opportunity to capture him in these first few weeks makes my heart so happy, hopefully everyone will enjoy the photos for many years to come!

Sweet Baby Bernard - Newborn Home study session

During the time I have been photographing baby's & newborn sessions it has been clear to me that coming to a clients home where all are comfortable works very well. It seems Mother and baby are more relaxed and have a better experience with the whole thing in general, or so new Mommy's keep telling me :)
As a new Mom, there is enough to worry about, adding the stress of getting those precious "new baby" images should not be one of them (including packing up baby and every item that may be needed for a photo session in a strange place, the car ride, the feeding, getting baby ready for pictures... you get the idea) I have been there, I know!
