Nicole and Matthew - Married!

There are few "Perfect" seasons to experience in New Orleans, too hot, too rainy, too humid... then comes the month of October. I have put October in it's own season because the amount of activity and number of Weddings that happen during this month could fill an entire season of a few months. Nicole and Matt were one of the lucky couples to experience the beauty, gorgeous weather and surroundings of City Park for their ceremony during this time to say their vows with family and friends. The reception venue is one of the most picturesque and romantic in New Orleans Mid-City neighborhood, the Benachi House. Nicole and Matt are just as sweet as couples come, a love for travel and history, complimenting personalities and the cutest (very dramatic) height difference! I love when a groom has to really lean in for the kiss :)

Please enjoy this selection of favorite images from their most amazing day~

Robyn & Corey Engaged~ City Park session

Robyn and Corey have such a great story. It took them a long time to arrive at this moment but they are so happy to finally be planning the Wedding and celebrating the Engagement. When I first spoke to Robyn she new exactly what she wanted & that the session for their engagement photo's would be City Park (of course this is one of my favorite spots in New Orleans to photograph so I was excited too). Every time I am there it seems I discover a new favorite spot and this day was no different, we got to have the Morning Call coffee shop pretty much to ourselves and it was such a sweet moment. I can't wait to see the print framed and hanging on their wall! I know you have enjoyed these images and sharing them with your family and friends! Thank you for all your compliments, it makes my heart happy to have clients like you.

Lauryn & Hayes Part TWO!

Ok! Back to work after the Thanksgiving holiday and I am very excited to finish posting the images from Lauryn & Hayes Wedding. Part one show's so many sweet moments while the preparation for the day was happening and ends with Lauryn arriving at the Church. This next section of images is a collection of all the FUN and candid moments captured from the ceremony to the grand exit leaving the Omni Royal Hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. Congratulations to this sweet and beautiful couple!!!

A special thanks to my partner in crime Rachael Roth~ the limo shot is beautiful! Could not have made it through the day without you :)
